Spring 2023

COVID Precautions for In-Person Classes

Most classes are in-person. We will follow all BC Government Health Orders and Guidelines. Presenters, facilitators and participants must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination at the start of each course. Masks must be worn in class and class sizes are limited and socially distanced. Our age group, 55 and up, is particularly vulnerable to COVID and new variants are a continuing concern. If guidelines change and we need to transition to Zoom, you can withdraw from your course and receive a full refund.

COVID Precautions for Free, Community-Wide, Events

Our special events are free and open to the community and all ages. We will follow all BC Government Orders and Guidelines. We will also follow guidelines put in place by municipal bodies or Indigenous governments where events are held. Crowd sizes will be limited to allow social distancing and we strongly encourage all participants to wear masks. If guidelines change, the event may be postponed or moved to a suitable alternative venue.
