Come and explore the principles of a healthy and sustainable diet, and examine how our diets impact the environment. We will investigate what a resilient food system could look like on the Lower Sunshine Coast, and consider factors that could hinder or contribute to it. This will include field trips to local regenerative farms. We’ll also share ideas about how you can take action in your life, your community and beyond.
