Batch cooking is a wonderful way for seniors to cook for one or two people only and then freeze the rest for later meals. Our chefs will demonstrate the following recipes that are enticing and delicious!
-Fasolada soup, Lemon chicken dish and Tzatziki.
-Seasonal Veggie Quiche and a traditional Cottage Pie.
-Fish casserole with Provençale flavors.
-Easy blender desserts: Chocolate mousse and a scrumptious blueberry pie.

Please Note: There will be an extra fee of $20 per participant to cover the cooking supplies for all 4 sessions. Please bring the $20 in cash to the first session.
The In-Person participants will then of course have a chance to sample the fine creations prepared by the chefs.
