In the Artists in the Studio (AIS) course this year the course participants will be the artists in the studio guided by four local artists. During each two-hour session over the four-week course an artist will teach an art fundamentals lesson and then provide guidance as participants try their hand at drawing and painting basics. All participants require the SCEC AIS Beginner Art Materials Package (beginner acrylic paint set, palette, brushes, paper, etc.) at $35.00 per participant available through SCEC. This course is designed for the absolute beginner, individuals with no visual art, drawing and painting experience. Come and explore the joy of drawing and painting!
